Cancellation Policy

When you schedule a private appointment with us, you're reserving a slot in our calendar that won't be available to other patients. To respect the needs of all our patients, please contact us if you need to reschedule. We require at least 48 hours' notice before the appointment to allow other patients the opportunity to fill the slot. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered missed appointments and will incur a £30 missed appointment fee.
